We aim to fulfil and dispatch any order placed on a weekday within one business day. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday (With the exception of Bank Holiday Monday)

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.

We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
