What can I return?

You may return any product purchased from us online subject to the following:

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
  2. Items must be unused, be free from odours and in a sale-able condition with original packaging.
  3. Items such as makeup, hosiery or underwear are non-returnable.
  4. All items must still have ASAP tag attached as when received, items will not be refunded unless tag is present.

Do I need to contact ASAP Vintage Clothing before returning?

No, you don’t need to contact us before returning an item(s).
Simply

  1. Package your item(s) in appropriate and adequate packaging.
  2. Send it to:

  3. We recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery.
    It is your responsibility to fund the return of items to us; ASAP Vintage Clothing cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
Overseas Customers Please Note: As you are not in the UK you will need to complete a short customs declaration.
One section will ask what the goods are. Enter ‘return of goods‘ or words to that effect.

My refund?

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase.
We only refund the cost of your item not the postage cost.
We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving and checking your item.

Please keep in mind

We will not accept returns on items which are late and/or do not adhere to the conditions stated above. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
